Strategic Health Assessment & Roadmap

A systemic approach to high-level vitality.

The Strategic Health Assessment & Roadmap is the best place to begin if you know something is off but are not sure what to do next.

This 1-on-1 virtual consultation is designed to help identify the key factors influencing your energy, metabolism, recovery, body composition, blood sugar regulation, and long-term health. Dr. Cooper reviews your symptoms, health history, lifestyle patterns, and available lab data, then translates that information into a personalized Strategic Health Roadmap.

Your Roadmap is designed to help you understand what may be holding you back and what actions should be prioritized first.

This service may be appropriate if you are dealing with:

  • Brain fog or poor focus

  • Insulin resistance or blood sugar concerns

  • Unexplained weight gain or body composition changes

  • Poor recovery from exercise or daily stress

  • Metabolic dysfunction

  • “Normal” labs despite not feeling well

  • A desire to optimize long-term health and vitality

Clinical Lab Ordering & Review

Data-Driven Insight for Smarter Decisions

Many people come in with limited or incomplete lab data. They may have been told that their labs are “normal,” but still feel tired, inflamed, foggy, metabolically stuck, or unlike themselves.

The Roadmap + Lab Ordering & Lab Review option is designed for clients who need a deeper data-driven look at their health. This service includes the Strategic Health Assessment & Roadmap, strategic lab ordering guidance, a follow-up lab review, and an updated action plan based on the results.

The goal is not to order every possible test. The goal is to identify which testing is most relevant based on your symptoms, history, goals, and budget.

This service may be appropriate if:

  • You have symptoms but limited recent lab work

  • Your standard labs have been called “normal,” but you do not feel well

  • You want deeper insight into metabolic, inflammatory, thyroid, nutrient, or hormonal patterns

  • You need help understanding what your lab results actually mean

  • You want a more precise Roadmap based on better data

What is included:

  • Strategic Health Assessment & Roadmap

  • Lab ordering recommendations based on your case

  • Guidance on which labs may provide the most useful information

  • Follow-up lab interpretation session

  • Updated Roadmap based on lab findings

  • Recommendation for next steps, including coaching or 1-on-1 care if appropriate

Best for:

Clients who want both strategic direction and deeper lab-based insight before moving into an implementation plan.

Lab costs are separate unless otherwise specified.

1:1 Health Coaching

Personalized Accountability for Real-Life Change

Some cases require a deeper level of individualized support. When ongoing clinical care is appropriate, clients may be referred into 1-on-1 functional medicine care.

This pathway is best suited for more complex cases or clients who need closer follow-up and accountability, deeper personalization, or condition-specific clinical management beyond the Roadmap or group coaching format.

This may be appropriate for clients dealing with:

  • More complex metabolic dysfunction

  • Thyroid or hormone-related concerns

  • Nutrient deficiencies or anemia patterns

  • Digestive or inflammatory concerns

  • Autoimmune-related patterns

  • More involved lab interpretation and follow-up

  • Cases requiring ongoing clinical support

What this may include:

  • Ongoing functional medicine consultations

  • More detailed lab review and care planning

  • Individualized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement guidance

  • Coordination with appropriate clinicians or providers

  • Ongoing follow-up and plan refinement

Best for:

Clients who need more personalized and ongoing care than a group coaching program can provide.

This service is recommended when appropriate after the Roadmap.
