Clinical Health Optimization - Without The Guesswork
The physician-led Strategic Health Assessment is for people who want smarter health optimization, not harder; not more complicated .
Too often people seeking health optimization are doing too much, too soon, or in the wrong order. Chasing trends isn't smart optimization, it's guesswork. I help identify the true bottlenecks driving symptoms or stalling progress and create a clinically grounded roadmap that sequences priorities to actually move the needle.

How This Strategic Health Assessment Process Works
0. Request a Consultation
Begin by completing a brief application outlining your goals, current challenges, and prior efforts. This allows me to determine whether my approach is an appropriate fit for your needs. If accepted, you will receive a link to schedule your Strategic Health Assessment and complete onboarding. I work with a limited number of individuals at a time to preserve depth and focus.
1. Strategic Health Assessment
We start with a physician-led clinical assessment focused on understanding how your body is actually functioning, not just chasing isolated symptoms. This includes a detailed history, systems-level pattern recognition, and identification of the dominant factors driving how you feel right now.
This step is about clarity, not treatment.
2. Clinical Health Optimization Roadmap
Based on the assessment, you receive a personalized roadmap that prioritizes what matters most, what can wait, and what is likely unnecessary. The goal is to create an intelligent sequence that supports progress without overwhelming your nervous system or wasting resources.
This roadmap becomes your decision-making guide.
3. Thoughtful Implementation
Some people choose to implement the roadmap independently or with their existing providers. Others prefer ongoing consulting or clinical support with me. If continued work together makes sense, we discuss options, but there is no obligation or pressure to continue.
The focus is always on sustainability and good judgment.
About
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—from professional athletes, Olympic gold medalists, and elite CrossFit competitors to desk workers and individuals navigating metabolic dysfunction and cognitive decline.
I’ve focused on leveraging natural systems and epigenetic principles to support healing and recovery—often in situations where progress once felt limited or uncertain. Over time, a consistent pattern emerged: most people weren’t failing because they lacked desire or effort, but because they were acting without clarity and appropriate prioritization.
Today, I apply the insights gained through years of research, clinical work, and real-world outcomes to help others build clarity and confidence in their health decisions. Rather than chasing trends or adding more interventions, my role is to help people identify what actually matters first, create a thoughtful plan forward, and pursue progress in a way that is sustainable rather than overwhelming.
“Many people are off track in the pursuit of health, often chasing trends or paralyzed in the sea of information. This process is designed to help you decide what is worth your time, and how to sequence appropriately.”
Frequently Asked Questions About Strategic Health Assessment
Is this functional medicine?
This work may include principles commonly associated with functional or lifestyle medicine, but it is not a protocol-driven or ideology-based approach. The focus is on clinical judgment, prioritization, and sequencing—helping you understand what actually matters first before deciding what to pursue.
Do I have to continue care after the assessment?
No. The Strategic Health Assessment is designed to stand on its own. Some people choose to continue working together; others use the roadmap independently or with their existing providers. There is no obligation to continue.
Who is this best suited for?
This is ideal for individuals who are open to investing in their health, feel overwhelmed or uncertain about where to start, and want a thoughtful, clinically grounded plan rather than another set of protocols or supplements.
Who is this not a good fit for?
This is not a good fit for those looking for quick fixes, rigid protocols, or someone to simply tell them what to do without understanding the reasoning. It’s also not intended for individuals who are unwilling to engage thoughtfully in their own health decisions.
Will you order labs or prescribe treatment?
If additional evaluation or treatment is appropriate, we discuss options clearly and collaboratively. Some individuals require labs or ongoing clinical support; others do not. Recommendations are always guided by clinical judgment rather than a predefined checklist.
Is this covered by insurance?
No. This is a private, self-pay service. Working outside of insurance allows for longer visits, deeper analysis, and a more individualized approach without external constraints.
What makes this different from other optimization or wellness programs?
Most optimization programs focus on adding interventions. This work focuses first on understanding and prioritization—helping you decide what to pursue, what to pause, and what may be unnecessary. The goal is clarity and sustainability, not necessarily intensity.
Can you work alongside my existing doctors or providers?
Yes. Many people use the roadmap to coordinate more effectively with their current healthcare team. This approach is designed to complement, not replace or appropriate medical care.
What outcomes should I expect?
Outcomes vary by individual, but most people leave with greater clarity, confidence in their decisions, and a clear plan forward. Many also report reduced overwhelm and a better understanding of how their bodily systems interact to influence health.
How do I get started?
The first step is requesting a Strategic Health Assessment. After a brief intake review, we’ll schedule your session and outline next steps clearly.
