Dr. Dan Cooper helps people find clarity when they know something is off with their health but have not gotten meaningful answers from the conventional medical system.

His work focuses on natural, systems-based health optimization, with special emphasis on metabolic dysfunction, low energy, insulin resistance, poor recovery, blood sugar regulation, body composition, and long-term vitality. Rather than chasing isolated symptoms, Dr. Cooper helps clients identify the key patterns and contributing factors that may be affecting how their body is functioning.

With 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Cooper brings a broad background in chiropractic care, functional medicine, functional neurology, sports medicine, rehabilitation, and graduate-level health sciences education. He has worked with a wide range of patients, from professional and Olympic athletes to busy parents, active adults, and individuals struggling with chronic health challenges.

His primary service is the Strategic Health Assessment & Roadmap, a virtual consultation designed to help clients better understand what may be driving their symptoms and what steps should be prioritized next. This may include review of symptoms, health history, lifestyle patterns, and available lab data, followed by a clear, personalized plan for moving forward.

For clients who need deeper insight, Dr. Cooper also offers lab ordering and review, metabolic reset coaching, and guidance toward appropriate follow-on care. In-home concierge chiropractic care is also available in the St. Petersburg area for clients seeking hands-on musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment.

From there, Dr. Cooper may recommend the next best step based on your goals, health history, available lab data, and level of support needed.

A physician-led virtual consultation that reviews your symptoms, health history, lifestyle patterns, and available lab data to create a personalized Strategic Health Roadmap.

Metabolic Reset Group Coaching

An 8-week implementation program for clients who are ready for structured support, education, and accountability while rebuilding the foundations of metabolic health.

Lab Ordering & Review

For clients who need deeper insight, advanced lab testing may be recommended. Dr. Cooper can help prioritize appropriate testing, review results, and update your Roadmap based on the new data.
